- Profit Sharing – We believe in distributing the wealth of your hard work back to you. You work hard, sometimes 100 hours/week; you manage our business partners and customers; you deserve to participate. You won’t always get profit sharing because we need our working capital for growth, but you are going to be involved in voicing your opinion about our growth. You’ll have clear choices, pay yourself today, or wait for tomorrow and get a larger payout. You’ll be exposed, for some for the first time, to how every CEO thinks about investment, ROI and choices. This creates a lot of work for Jeff, but he believes it is the most important element in building a great company.
- Incentive Compensation- Everyone gets an incentive plan. For most people it’s their primary motivation, but for great people, it’s icing on the cake.
- Open Books – If no employer ever opened their books to you, you’re in for a change. This is an opportunity to learn about business and business decisions. You will actually understand what and how we make decisions to grow our company. You will be informed at our quarterly company meeting and will have a vote as to how we spend our money. Want that new office with all the bells and whistles, cool. No bonus this quarter. You’ll understand the choices and the consequences of those choices.
- Work from home- We don’t need you in the office everyday. In fact, we prefer you work from home. Once a week you will need to come into the office. That’s it.
- Environment – Read the site. If the persona that comes across in this site appeals to you and your character, you’ll fit right in. We work very hard. But we work within the cadence and rhythm that makes sense for living like a human being should. Work really isn’t work when you love what you do and are passionate about it. We are incredibly passionate about what we do; you need to be as well.
- Travel Policy – We don’t love to travel, but it is necessary from time to time. You will go to see clients, and you will also go to see our Technology Partners. We’ll keep it to a minimum.
