  • Christine Wallis – Ms. Wallis comes to the Board after a long career in technology primarily at Data General Corporation and as Senior Vice President of Global Strategy at Hitachi Data Systems. Ms. Wallis, in her role as a member of  the Board of Directors of Princeton Softech, helped in the successful acquisition of the company by IBM. Christine received her B.A. in Computer Science from The University of California at Berkeley.

  • Darius Chagnon – Mr. Chagnon joins the Board after his role as CFO of Westcon where he helped grow the company and position it for a successful acquisition. Darius received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Chagnon also served in the US Army (retired) as an Officer of a Special Forces unit.

  • Jeff Elias– Mr. Elias is Chairman of the Board and Founder and CEO of Toltec Global Services. Jeff spent the bulk of his career in technology sales and marketing and received his B.A. from Penn State and did post graduate studies at The University of Arizona. Mr. Elias is a First Sergeant (retired) Israel Defense Forces 334th Mechanized Battalion.

  • Mike Kwinn – Dr. Michael Kwinn is a Professor of Systems Engineering  at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Dr. Kwinn was a career US Army Officer and he received his B.S. from USMA West Point; his M.S. in Systems Engineering from The University of Arizona; and his PhD from The University of Texas, Austin. Mike is also Chairman of the Board of The Friends4Michael Foundation, a not-for-profit started by his son, Michael III, who passed away from a brain tumor.

  • Shawn Richter TGS Board Member

  • Shawn Richter – Mr. Richter comes to the Board with a wealth of business experience as an attorney. Shawn specializes in Tax Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Capital Structure and Estate Planning. Shawn received his Law Degree from Arizona State University and also received his Masters in Tax Law from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. Shawn is also very involved with charitable work and frequently takes his time to raise money for Susan G. Komen Foundation.
